Modular Factories

Our modular factories current exclusive facilities have in excess of 60 production bays allowing up to 30 apartments to be worked on at once.

Due to their configuration and the job to be delivered the staff and materials may move from module to module or modules may move from station to station in a traditional manufacturing production line. 

Each factory is manned by approx. 5 full time Australian (minimum of 3) staff members overseeing quality control and sign offs and 100+ Chinese staff of various skill levels.

The current capacity of the factories is approx. 4,000m2 per month.  This is expandable to over 10,000m2 per month over the next 3 months.

Each factory is controlled by us and has been in operation since 3rd quarter 2011.
