Modular System

Our modular system was established in April 2008 to develop and produce volumetric modules for use in construction of residential, accommodation, commercial and hospitality markets. 

The core structure of a our module is a heavy gauge steel frame as designed and certified by an Australian engineer as required for a specific project. The steel frame is ISO compliant in order to meet intermodal freight standards and is BCA compliant.  The external walls are in-filled with light weight concrete paneling similar to the Australian invented product Q Panel.
